I'm a craftaholic. What else can I say? Any kind of craft I've tried at least once and have all the tools and supplies to prove it.
I'm with you on that pattern, Lavender. I have it printed out, have chosen the yarn from stash - I am using a deep jade (tired of multi coloured sock yarn) and now to get a project or two off the needles before I start!
Me again; I am planning to knit the socks with some wonderful fingering weight yarn I bought from Susan Lawrence of I'm Knitting As Fast As I Can. You also see Susan's sock patterns on Knitty.com! I will not be starting the socks for a bit - just want to get two more projects off the needles first!Wasn't yesterday (Monday) just one terrific day. The back knows it, cause I spent about 5 hours in my garden!! Too tired to knit last evening - that's way too tired!
I completely agree with you about those stockings. They are elegant and gorgeous. However, I'm pledged to not buy any yarn till August and seeing that I don't have enough sock yarn in one color to do those, I won't be knitting them anytime soon.
Aren't they amazing? Pure sock lust.
